Our commitments and the practical details behind your planning experience.
MVP policy draft. These terms describe the current product, but require owner and legal review before public launch.

What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address, profile name, chosen planning priority, saved destinations, budgets, checklists, and planned moves. Account passwords are handled by Supabase authentication. Newsletter and early-access forms store an email address, interest category, and consent timestamp. Finder answers are processed in your browser and are not saved to an account automatically.

Why we use it
Account information is used to authenticate you and show your private plans across devices. Newsletter and waitlist information is used to maintain the requested update list. Signup requests use a temporary, one-way hash derived from the network address to limit abuse. We do not sell personal information or use paid placements to determine destination rankings.

Services and international processing
Supabase provides authentication and database storage. WebTwizz hosts the website. Destination photography loads from Unsplash, and those image requests may expose standard connection information to the image host. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Confirm provider terms, processing locations, and applicable transfer requirements before public launch.

Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential authentication cookies to maintain your session and protect access to your plans. No advertising, behavioral analytics, or non-essential tracking service is configured by this application. There is therefore no optional tracking consent banner. You can remove essential cookies through your browser, but doing so may sign you out.

Email updates
Subscribing is optional and separate from account creation. The current MVP stores signup consent; automated marketing-email delivery is not configured. To unsubscribe or request deletion from the update list, email info@intelligentnomad.com using the subscribed address. A connected email provider and unsubscribe handling will be required before sending campaigns.

Your control and retention
You can update your profile and remove destinations or plans through your dashboard. Deleting your account deletes its associated saved information. Newsletter records are separate and can be removed on request. Account data is kept until you remove it or request deletion, subject to provider backup retention and any applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information we hold.

Security and policy changes
Private account records use account-level access rules. No payment-card information is collected. No system can guarantee complete security, so do not store passport numbers, financial credentials, or sensitive documents in plan names. We will update this policy when new services or uses are introduced.
